Handcrafted in Southern California by the expert luthiers at the ESP USA facility, the Eclipse USA is a single-cutaway guitar that’s designed for serious players in all genres. Offering the build quality and attention to detail that makes it worthy to feature the ESP name on the headstock, the Eclipse USA ranks among the finest guitars available in the world at any price.
It features a full-thickness mahogany body (60mm / 2 3/8”), strategically weight relieved. It is built at classic 24.75” scale using set-thru construction for smooth access to the higher frets, using a three-piece thin U-shaped mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard with 22 extra-jumbo Jescar stainless steel frets and mother-of-pearl split-flag inlays.
The Eclipse USA can be personalized with choices in finishes, top woods (solid color, flamed maple, or quilted maple), pickups, and hardware. Built to go beyond the highest standards in custom guitar design, the Eclipse USA offers only the best in components and build materials. It includes a custom ESP USA form-fitting hardshell case, and an official Certificate of Authenticity from ESP.

Graphite Neck Reinforcement Bars
Get maximum strength and stability from your guitar’s neck, with higher long-term reliability. All ESP USA models are made with two high-strength bars of carbon fiber.
Weight Relieved Body
The ESP USA Eclipse offers a traditional full-thickness body, but is strategically weight-relieved so the guitar remains comfortable and noticeably lighter than most classic single-cut body style guitars.
Full Thickness Carved Top w/ Natural Masked Binding
All Eclipse USA models feature over a half inch of carved maple in their tops, and many models also include natural masked binding to highlight the exquisite top.
