Returns

Return Policy

For new, in stock gear, we offer a 7 day return policy. Return gear in unused condition, along with original packaging and supporting documents for full refund. If the item has been shipped, customer will be responsible for associated freight costs.

We charge a 5% restocking fee domestic (Canadian) returns. International returns are subject to 10% restocking to cover any associated costs with import/brokerage/clearance.

As of March 13, 2025 and effective immediately:

PLEASE NOTE BASED ON CURRENT TARIFF SITUATION WITH US SHIPMENTS - RETURNS ON GOOD SHIPPED TO USA WILL BE SUBJECT TO 25% ADDITIONAL FEE TO COVER IMPORT TAX.

Any non-inventory items, custom/special orders or clearance items will be viewed as non-refundable items. 

For used item or any deal involving a trade-in, we cannot offer refund, only store credit. These returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be refused at the discretion of Guitar Brando staff.
